Bazaar Promotions

By participating in our bazaar promotions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All sales made during the promotion are final, and no returns or exchanges are allowed except for damaged or defective items. If an item is out of stock during the promotion, customers can pre-order it at the promotional price by paying in advance, with the cost of delivery to be shouldered by the customer. Full payment is required for pre-orders at the time of purchase, and delivery will be made once the items are back in stock and delivery costs are paid. Cancellations of pre-orders are not allowed. Refunds for canceled pre-orders will not be processed. Pre-orders are subject to availability, and if an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. The promotional price is valid only during the bazaar promotion period and may change without prior notice. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and your continued participation in our promotions constitutes acceptance of any changes.

VIP Membership

By signing up for our VIP membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Members who reach an accumulated spend of P30,000 will enjoy a 10% discount on all regular items purchased through the website, with no minimum spend required. For members with an accumulated spend of P50,000, the discount increases to 15%, also applicable to all regular items with no minimum spend required.

These discounts do not apply during sitewide sales, bazaar promotions, or free shipping promotions. VIP members also gain access to secret sales and exclusive product launches.

VIP membership perks are valid for one year from the date of qualification and are subject to renewal. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice. Continued participation in the VIP program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
