Q: I live in Cebu. Can I pick up my order from Kikki & Friends' location?
A: Absolutely! Our pick-up option is available for residents in Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Talisay City, Consolacion, Cordova, and Minglanilla.If you're in these areas, you can choose the pick-up option when placing your order.
However, if you're located in other municipalities in Cebu, that would be considered "outside of Cebu", so the pick-up option wouldn't apply.
Q: How is the shipping calculated?
A: Curious about shipping costs? We calculate them based on the weight of your order and where you're located – whether you're in Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao. It's all about making sure you get the best deal possible!
Q: Are there any conditions for free shipping?
A: Orders over ₱5,000.00 qualify for free shipping.
Q: Will I receive tracking information for my shipment?
A: Absolutely! We'll make sure you're in the loop with tracking details sent straight to your inbox once your order is on its way.
Q: What happens if my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items?
A: If you've got a mix of in-stock and pre-order goodies, we'll ship everything together once it's all ready. But if you're eager to get those in-stock items ASAP, feel free to place separate orders. Just keep in mind, combined orders won't qualify for free shipping.
Q: When can I pick up my order or expect it to be shipped?
A: You can pick up your order or expect it to be shipped with love from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 5pm.
Q: Can I request a specific pick-up or shipping time?
A: While we'd love to accommodate special requests, we're unable to guarantee specific pick-up or shipping times at the moment. For pick-up orders, we'll inform you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Q: How long does it take for items to be dispatched?
A: In-stock items usually ship out within 1-3 business days, while pre-order items take a bit longer, up to 20-30 business days.

A: You can typically expect it within 3-7 days.
