A: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: What if the outer box of the product arrives slightly damaged?
A: Please be aware that outer boxes serve as packaging and may incur minor crumpling or scratching during shipping.

Q: What should I do if I receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged product?
A: If you encounter such a situation, we kindly request that you provide an unboxing video (not photos) within a few minutes of receiving the product. Rest assured, our team will diligently review your request within 1-3 working days and provide appropriate assistance.

Q: Under what circumstances do you accept exchanges?
A: We accept exchanges in cases of receiving the wrong item (not the product/size/color you ordered). To facilitate an exchange, please ensure the item is in its original packaging, with complete accessories, an attached price tag, and no trace of customer misuse. Kindly return the item to our warehouse in Cebu City, Philippines, with shipping fees covered by the customer.

Q: And what about refunds?
A: Refunds are accepted in cases of a defective item. Following a final inspection of the submitted unboxing video, we will assess the situation and may issue an e-voucher as compensation. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds; however, customers will receive an e-voucher with no expiry date, which can be utilized for future transactions.
